  • 1VOICE Hub City ~ Art for Chan...

Join SAFE Homes-Rape Crisis Coalition and our Sponsors for a fun filled informative event on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 5:30pm – 8:30pm. Most performances will be done between 5:30 and 6:30pm.

Art for Change is part of 1Voicehubcity except instead of a singer songwriter competition we are hosting an event in which our community can come together with survivors of domestic and sexual violence and help to create cultural change in our community.

Learn more about the issues surrounding our community and how you can help victims and survivors heal from trauma and assist them in taking back their lives. You will have an opportunity to see their story and possibly hear from some survivors about their journey. We will have a local painter, Christine Kminek, doing a live painting that will be raffled off at the end of the event. RJ Rockers is our amazing venue and they are offering $1 for every pint purchased to SHRCC. We will have other artists who will showcase their work around domestic/sexual violence that will also be available in our silent auction. Silhouettes will be found around the RJ Rockers and will have stories of those who lost their lives due to domestic abuse. RJ Rockers will have a band playing as well and of course there will be many food options available for you to choose from.

We hope that you will come out and support this event, but if you are unable to and want to make a donation to us please go to back to our website page and click the Donate button at the top.

Thank You to our Sponsors:

Jennifer Oshields
